What are the lead times on custom keepsakes?
The lead times can vary depending on what level of customization is
What's the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity depends on the design. For bulk purchases of existing designs, the minimum order quantity is 200 pieces. For corporate gifting orders, the minimum order quantity is 100 pieces.
What is the difference between a bulk wholesale purchase, and a corporate gifting order?
A bulk wholesale purchase is when a business buys large quantites of one of our existing designs at a discounted price, for sale at a retail establishment. A corporate gifting order is a bulk purchase of keepsakes that are designed/customized for that specific business.
What types of customization do you offer?
On our existing designs, most are availble to be customized in the following ways: painted enamel, screenprinting, or engraving.
What types of materials do you offer?
Most of our ornaments are made of metal.
What steps of manufacture are done in the US?
Everything from design, to casting, to finishing, and to packaging is done domestically.
How do you prevent retail competition amongst retail customers and yourself?
We generally do not have a problem with this, but reach out to us if you have any questions.

How long will it take to design a custom keepsake?
It can take anywhere from a few days to a few months, depending on the design, quantity, and complexity.

We offer mostly Christmas ornaments, but we also offer keepsakes like: photo albums, penny banks, coins, etc. Contact us if you would like to learn more.
Is it possible to customize the packaging?
Yes. We offer some level of packaging customization, reach out for specifics.

Can Gloria Duchin branding be removed?
For fully custom designs, we can remove the Gloria Duchin branding. For bulk purchases of existing products, we cannot.
