I ordered this personalized ornament for my brother and sister in law and it was engraved wrong! The company did not follow my directions on where I wanted the names and date, I even made sure I wrote the text on the proper line. The ornament is ruined and it looks terrible! I'm so disappointed! I'll never buy from this company again, thanks for ruining a tradition that has been in my family for over 30 years.
I have been buying your Christmas Ornaments for 35 years. I give them to my grandchildren and great grandchildren.They love them.My oldest granddaughter is in her 30s,and all of them want them each year.
Had to be redone a second time because the engraving was wrong the first time, but otherwise very satisfied.
Have ordered nine(9) of these ornaments before for grandkids and sister-in-laws kids and each looks good on Christmas sash created by wife. New for great grandkids to start their Christmas tradition.
When I was born in 1974 my mother started collecting gd ornaments I treasured these life memories and continued them with my family and to this day every year we get ornaments the only negative is that we have to repeat the same ornaments year after year in order for every member of my family to get an ornament with their name and the year. Im strictly speaking of the brass ones. I love this part of our family Christmas our trees always look beautiful. Thank you gd for making my Christmas special.
